~ Personal and Fair Use – The VIP program is designed for personal use only. Customers buying large quantities for commercial, or business use should inquire about our Wholesale program. We may limit the amount of stock of a particular item that can be purchased on a VIP coupon. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis. For example, purchasing 20 strands of the same freshwater pearl bead on the 1st of November may be unreasonable where only 25 strands are available.
VIP Coupon Card conditions apply. A $10 minimum spend applies to collect the monthly free gift(s). Any gifts not collected, or coupons not used in a calendar month are forfeited. Limit of one free gift per member per month of the calendar year. To ensure fair use of the discounts by all members, we may implement a purchase limit on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Purchase limits may apply subject to manufacturer supply capacity at the time.
Please only purchase one membership. Purchasing multiple memberships will have no added benefit and cannot be refunded. A store credit will be applied where a customer purchases VIP more than once. Multiple members of the same household can each become VIP members via separate memberships. Members of the same household may share a membership, however only the first purchase per month will collect the free gift. A membership cannot be shared between residents of separate households.
VIP Benefits will be activated on your account when your purchase of membership is processed. Member discounts won’t apply to the purchase on which your VIP membership is bought if the order is paid in full. To buy VIP membership, we recommend purchasing it alone with $0 postage and wait for an email confirming your membership is activated. Coupon card is active and valid from the date of purchase until December 31st, 2025. Coupons, discounts and free gifts advertised will apply in the calendar month indicated in 2025 only.
Terms & Conditions: VIP is open to Bead Lover members.
– Bead Lover Membership: Available to Australian residents only. Not for Wholesale or international clients. Points are collected where a retail member card or account is selected and are calculated as 1 point for every full dollar on each product (ie: $5 & $5.20 both attract 5 points. A 50c item has no points regardless of quantity purchased). Points are not accumulated on Swarovski, Preciosa, Sculpey, gift vouchers, repairs, clearance items, bulk discounts, special orders & sale items. Points expire 12 months from accumulation. When points balance reaches or exceeds 250, each 250 points will automatically be converted to a $10 gift voucher. The gift voucher is a Loyalty Program Voucher and as such is not governed by the Treasury Laws Amendment (Gift Cards) Act 2018. Each Gift Voucher is fully transferrable and valid for use within 12 months of issue regardless of membership status at time of redemption. Multiple vouchers may be used as payment for a single transaction. Unused value will remain on the voucher for future use until expiry.
–VIP Gold Club is a paid feature available to Bead Lover members. See staff or website for the cost and details on purchasing. VIP members spending a minimum of $10 (GST inclusive, after discounts and before any applicable postage charges) will qualify for a free gift (in that transaction) once in every calendar month of the membership period. Members will also qualify for a specific discount for each calendar month of 2025. Other VIP exclusive specials will be advised from time to time online and/or via email and/or in store. Depending on the date of joining the program, one or more offer(s) may have already expired. Unredeemed gifts and discount offers do not roll over and cannot be backdated. A monthly email will advise members of specials and gifts. Unsubscribing from our marketing emails will prevent those emails and mean that we are unable to contact regarding member benefits, including the issue of gift vouchers. It is the members responsibility to check with us or visit our website to check specials and deals in the event an email is not sent and/or received for any reason.
