Zambian Jade 2.35kg Rough Stone
This deposit has only recently been discovered with mining commencing in early 2022, therefore this is one of the newest geological discoveries. There has been no official naming of this stone, so we’re calling it Zambian Jade as it is a form of jade and was miined in Zambia.
As it’s a new stone, the introductory prices are valued below the expected future price and it will go up soon and people will find it use. It’s such a beautiful natural green gemstone.
It has been tested belong to Quartzite Jade family. Refractive in index: 1.54
Mohs Hardness:7
As we know, Malachite’s refractive in index is 1.65-1.91, mohs hardness is 3.5-4.0. Amazonite refractive in index is 1.522-1.53, and mohs hardness is 6-6.5.
