A soft plastic puffed pouch filled with sparkly star shaped glitter. They’re perfet for gluing onto a decoration or card. You can also glue on a bail and wear them as earrings or a pendant, or make ornaments. Flat back, puffed front. Air and sparkly glittery sequins sealed inside. Colour print on the front. Clear vinyl material.
