Who can apply for Wholesale Access?

Any relevant business with an ABN and/or ACN can apply for wholesale access. We need to see evidence that your business uses or intends to use, resell or make for resale using the products you buy from us.

Do you have a Customer Loyalty Card?

Yes we certainly do! Our Free-Stuff-Card is available to in store retail customers and offers a great discount on your 6th and 10th purchase. A few conditions on the card apply. They don't expire and we will honour the cards at all of our trade show stalls.

Do you offer any incentive for Wholesale Customers?

Yes we do! Wholesale customers earn points for every purchase and we automatically issue gift vouchers every second month! Want to know more? Please ask!

Can I bring my own materials to a workshop?

Sorry but you will have to purchase the class materials package on the day. We have only a limited amount of time for each class and they are designed to teach you a technique. You will have a range of colours to choose from but if you want to get creative you can do so at our stay-&-play table or at home after the workshop using the skills you have just learnt.

I can't find what I'm looking for. Are there more products not listed online?

Absolutely! We have thousands of prodycts in store which are not listed online. We are adding new products daily and will eventually have our massive 10,000+ products available online. In the mean time, please email us if you're after something specific.

Can you send out a printed catalogue?

I'm looking at some silver findings on your web site. Are they Sterling Silver?

If the product has the words "Sterling Silver" in the name, then Yes it certainly is. If you don't see those words, the product you're looking at is Silver Plated. For a better quality finding, look in the "Sterling Silver & Gold Filled" category!

I have found a lower price elsewhere, can you match it?
